All Scouting familes, please download the Registration and Dues forms, as well as the BSA health form from the Additional Information page. You need to fill out these forms and bring them in no later than September 20, along with your Dues. 

If you have a new or transfering Scout, please download, fill out and turn in the New Youth BSA Application along with the Pack 46 Registration and BSA Health forms. 

Also on the Additional Information page is the revised Pack 46 Parent Handbook.  Please read over this document, as it contains information regarding Cub Scouts in general and Pack 46.
